Jennifer Tyler Lee is one of our favorite food educators and advocates. We were so delighted when she asked us to join her 52 New Foods challenge in late fall, during which time we got to know more about her new book and her seven principals any family can use to excite their children to eat well every week of the year. We loved her book so much, we made it a reward in our Joyful 12 School Project campaign on Barnraiser!
We’re so grateful for her Taste Maker Interview about how I help kids and parents find the joy in food every day through the Joyful 12™ and our blog at JoyFoodly. We look forward to many more fun food adventures together this year. Thanks Jennifer!
Read her interview with me over on the 52 New Foods blog, and if you missed our Spiced Pumpkin and Pomegranate Chia Pudding recipe developed for the 52 New Foods challenge, be sure to check it out on the blog. These little healthy treats are a great way to start a winter day!
