Hi, I’m Chef Hollie Greene, and I am passionate about helping parents feel good about the food they feed their kids and helping families celebrate the JOY of mealtime together.
After teaching over 2,000 kids and adults across the country, from the East Coast to California, I discovered that kids naturally love exploring and eating fruits and vegetables. I love teaching parents my simple cooking techniques and engagement strategies to motivate their families to joyfully eat seasonal fruits and vegetables together throughout the year.
I founded JoyFoodly™ in 2013, and launched my Joyful 12™ Online Kitchen Learning Lab in March 2014. The Joyful 12™ is my web-based cooking crash course for families that teaches them how to love cooking and eating 12 vegetables and fruits each season. It’s a members-only site that features video tutorials, allergen-and-gluten-free recipes ideal for a kid’s palate, a time saving shopping list generator, and a community forum to share successes and challenges with like minded parents.
